In these terms, “ZERO.BIM”, “we” and “us” mean ZERO.BIM s.r.o. “You” means anyone who visits or uses the website.

02About ZEROBiE and this website

ZEROBiE is a software platform that ZERO.BIM is developing. This website presents a product vision: the capabilities we intend to build, how we expect them to fit together and an indicative order of work.

Information only. The website does not offer any product or service for sale. Nothing on it is an offer, an invitation to make an offer, or a binding commitment. It does not create any contract between you and ZERO.BIM.
Subject to change. Modules, features, names, designs, phases and any other product information are indicative. They may change at any time without notice, may be released in a different form, or may not be released at all.
Illustrations. Visuals, animations, sample interfaces and use-case scenarios are illustrative. They are not screenshots of a finished product, customer case studies or measured results.
Forward-looking statements. Statements about plans, intentions or expected capabilities reflect our current view only and are not guarantees.

Any future access to ZEROBiE will be governed by separate terms agreed at that time.

03No professional advice

Content on this website does not constitute engineering, structural, safety, compliance, legal, financial or other professional advice. Do not rely on it for decisions about any real project.

Where the website describes analysis, checking, AI-assisted or monitoring features, those features are intended to support qualified professionals, not replace their judgement. Responsibility for design, engineering, construction and operational decisions stays with the people and organisations who make them.

04Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, animations, page design, source code, and the ZEROBiE name and logo, are owned by or licensed to ZERO.BIM and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

You may view the website and print or save a reasonable number of pages for your own, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the website, or use the ZEROBiE or ZERO.BIM names or logos, without our prior written permission. No licence or other right is granted to you except as stated in this section.

Third-party software used to run the website is provided under its own licence (see section 9).

05Standards and third-party names

The website refers to open standards and technologies to describe what ZEROBiE is designed to work with. In particular:

IFC, IDS, BCF and bSDD are standards published by buildingSMART International. “buildingSMART” and “openBIM” are trademarks of buildingSMART International Limited.
ISO 16739 and ISO 19650 are standards published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
WebXR, WebGL and WebAssembly are web technologies. WebGL is a trademark of the Khronos Group Inc.

All other product and company names are the property of their respective owners. These references are descriptive only. They do not mean that ZEROBiE is certified, endorsed, sponsored or approved by any of these organisations, or that ZERO.BIM is affiliated or partnered with them. Nor do they mean ZEROBiE currently complies with any standard, unless we expressly say so in writing.

06Using the website

You agree not to:

use the website in a way that breaks any law or infringes anyone’s rights;
try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting or related systems, or interfere with their operation or security;
introduce malicious code, or run automated scraping or high-volume requests that could impair the website;
present content from the website in a misleading way, including by suggesting a product is available, certified or endorsed when it is not.

07Availability, accuracy and liability

We take reasonable care over the content of the website, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties or representations, express or implied, that the website or its content is accurate, complete, current, fit for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or free of errors or harmful components. 12Governing law and courts

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the website, are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.

Disputes will be decided by the competent courts of the Czech Republic, determined by the registered office of ZERO.BIM, unless mandatory law says otherwise. If you use the website as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may also bring proceedings where the law allows.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

13Language

These terms are written in English. If we publish a translation, the English version prevails in case of any difference, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
